Materials Coordinator

TEMP TO HIRE (W2)

Full Time Onsite in SW Seattle

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator/Expediter to support complex project coordination efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable collaborating across teams to ensure seamless documentation, scheduling, and compliance processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, values accuracy, and enjoys playing a critical role in project success.

This role is onsite in Seattle, Washington working Monday - Friday from 6AM-2:30PM with occasional overtime.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Seattle, Washington and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inbound material requests, primarily via email, for components used in projects.
  • Coordinate material identification and availability across warehouse locations and prepare items for pickup.
  • Manage varying ticket volumes, from single-line requests to detailed, multi-line item lists.
  • Maintain and update tracking logs and generate project status reports.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and occasionally assist with meeting scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation protocols and data accuracy through secure entry and retrieval.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Excel including formulas and graphing functions
  • Foundational understanding of documentation and compliance processes in a manufacturing environment, particularly related to individual components.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments, including shipboard settings.
  • Physically capable of navigating inclined stairs and ladders in production areas.

Salary: $27-$32/hr. (DOE)
