Job Description

MAU is hiring a Master Scheduler for our client in Bangor, ME. As a Master Scheduler, you will manage and lead all production scheduling activities for the manufacturing and repair of rotors and components. This is a long-term contract assignment.

Shift Information:

• Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

• Proven experience with SAP or other ERP systems for scheduling and planning
• Strong background in capacity modeling and production planning

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Background in aerospace, heavy manufacturing, or component repair services
• Experience scheduling with external vendors and logistics providers
• Familiarity with high-mix, low-volume production environments

General Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external customers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate across operations, maintenance, logistics, and vendors
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities

Essential Functions:

• Develop and manage the master production schedule in SAP for manufacturing and repair of rotors and components
• Establish and maintain slot plans in collaboration with repair teams to allocate capacity for new customer orders
• Monitor key production milestones and proactively adjust schedules based on staffing, equipment availability, and shifting priorities
• Coordinate schedules across operations, maintenance, and logistics teams to align with resource availability and project timelines
• Provide timely communication regarding schedule changes, delivery estimates, and risks to internal stakeholders and external customers
• Maintain and update long-range forecast plans to support strategic decisions on capacity and resource planning
• Manage Rotor High-Speed Balance scheduling with third-party vendors, including slot booking, progress tracking, and logistics coordination

Working Conditions:

• This role is based onsite at a manufacturing and repair facility in Bangor, ME
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is required
