Role Description

This is a remote independent contractor role for individuals with Coaching and Leadership qualities. You will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing your team, and providing strategic leadership to achieve sales objective. No cold calling or pressure selling, our system takes care of the sale.

As your day-to-day tasks will involve guiding and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential, providing support and advice in their growth. You will guide both yourself and your team in setting clear goals, developing action plans, and navigating challenges. Being present on Social Media and other Internet platforms as a source of marketing/advertising. Interviewing prospects and guiding them through the discovery process
