Job Title – LPN (LTC)

Shifts – 5x8s (D/E/N Available)

Location – Geneva, NY

Pay (Local) - $1,400/wk

Pay (Travel) - $1,500/wk

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care based on nursing plans and facility policies.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Monitor patient vitals, assess physical and mental status, and document changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Facilitate seamless patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date nursing documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Active NY LPN License .
• Current BLS Certification .
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care as an LPN.
