This is a hands-on role working on cutting-edge high speed fiber optics strategies for next-generation photonics products. 🛠 What You'll Do Lead testing and bring-up of novel testers/setups for laser/photonics products Work with free-space optical components in a cleanroom environment Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot laser dies, modules, and systems Maintain and improve tester infrastructure (SPC, recipes, spares, calibration) 🎯 What We're Looking For Associates or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field 5+ years lab experience with laser systems and optical technologies Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, interferometers, and photodetectors Skilled in alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting of photonics systems 📍 On-site | Cleanroom Environment Ready to be part of a team that's shaping the future of photonics?
