Junior Estate Planning Attorney – Bilingual Role + Court Exposure | Downey, CA
An established and growing law firm in Downey, CA is seeking a bilingual Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join its dynamic trusts and estates team. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career attorneys to build meaningful client relationships while gaining hands-on experience in estate planning, probate, and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, and advance directives
• Prepare documents for trust administration, probate, and conservatorship proceedings
• Conduct in-person client consultations in both English and Spanish
• Represent clients at hearings and engage in legal research and fact-finding
• Support a full range of estate planning tasks with growing independence

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience as a licensed attorney
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting

Education & Certifications:
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active California Bar membership
