Job type: on-site (5 days per week)

We’re looking for a licensed Attorney (JD) or Associate with 2–7 years of experience at a corporate or commercial law firm, someone who has worked extensively with contracts, MSAs, BAAs, and other tech-related legal agreements. The ideal candidate is excited to pivot out of traditional practice and leverage their legal training in a fast-growing LegalTech / AI startup environment.

In this role, you’ll partner with prospective clients across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, bringing legal credibility and subject-matter expertise to product demos, discovery calls, and presentations. You’ll help translate complex legal workflows into clear product value, influence buying decisions, and play a direct role in driving revenue and market adoption. Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise and credibility on client calls, demos, webinars, and during pre- and post-sale support.
• Guide enterprise in-house legal teams through trial periods to help accelerate deal closures.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a subject-matter expert.
• Work with external legal contractors to build and implement contract playbooks using client templates and historical agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to shape legal solutions that drive revenue and adoption.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• 2-7 years of experience working at a law firm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Contracts experience, playbooks, libraries, MSAs, reviewing lots and b2b contracts at blue chip companies
