Strategic Human Resources Business Partner

Greenwich, CT

(On-Site, 5 Days/Week)

We are seeking an experienced and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with managers and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overarching business objectives—driving organizational performance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting talent development. As a key contributor to the HR function, you will play an integral role in fostering a positive workplace culture while leading high-impact projects that shape the future of the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead performance management cycles: goal setting, reviews, and development plans
• Drive talent management efforts, including succession planning and leadership development
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure policy compliance
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct onboarding, check-ins, and offboarding meetings
• Support HR operations, including HRIS administration (Workday experience is a plus)
• Partner with HR leadership on innovation and special projects
• Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 in a strategic role
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday knowledge a plus
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP) is a bonus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
