Job Type: Per Diem
Location: Oyster Bay, NY and surrounding Nassau County towns
Shifts Available: Daytime and weekend shifts, 6 to 12 hours
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Supportive Clinical and Office Team
Consistent Cases Close to Home
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being
Follow individualized care plans
Valid New York State HHA Certification
Authorization to work in the United States
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Home Health Aide
Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Current physical exam within the past year
Valid PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within 5 years
Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
Driver’s license preferred
