Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Production (broadcast, digital, print) to join our client’s fast-paced creative and marketing team. This key role ensures the seamless flow of creative work through the studio — from intake and tracking to delivery — by coordinating across design, copy, production, and pre/post production. The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse who thrives on structure, deadlines, and keeping all the moving parts aligned. With a sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills, you’ll ensure that creative assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

• Salary range: $120k-$130k + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day studio operations to ensure efficient workflow and asset delivery
• Track creative assignments from briefing to final delivery, proactively identifying roadblocks and solving for bottlenecks
• Coordinate schedules, timelines, and priorities across cross-functional teams including creative, production, project management, and marketing
• Partner with producers and project managers to allocate resources, assign workloads, and forecast capacity
• Implement and optimize studio systems, tools, and processes to support scalability and efficiency
• Oversee trafficking of assets and enforce naming conventions, file management, and QA protocols
• Act as point person for incoming creative requests and ensure proper routing, approvals, and deadlines
• Maintain studio documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and quality-driven studio culture

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in studio management or creative operations, and/or pre-and-postproduction
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced creative environment—agency or in-house brand experience required
• Deep understanding of creative workflows across digital, print, social, video, and pre-and-postproduction
• Strong organizational and communication skills; excels at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Expert in studio and project management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana, or similar
• Comfortable interfacing with creatives, producers, and senior leadership alike
• Solutions-oriented with a calm, proactive approach under pressure
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and asset management best practices a plus
