Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PM Guest Services Supervisor located in Charleston, SC. The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage guest service representatives. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. The role also involves providing training and support to team members and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Guest Services, Front Desk Operations, and Customer Service
  • Strong Leadership, Supervisory, and Team Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Hotel Management Software and Basic Computer Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
