Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10 years in operations management, preferably in vehicle operations/service or a senior leadership role.
• Prior P&L ownership experience.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence tools (6S, Gemba) and EH&S practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary
Seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across one or more markets, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and an exceptional member experience. This role is responsible for full market P&L oversight, fleet performance, staffing, vendor management, and execution of all site activities—7 days a week. The GM will drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and adapt quickly to changing business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• P&L & Market Performance
• Own market-level financial performance, identifying and executing cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Track and improve KPIs including dwell time, service inventory, registration holds, and fleet availability.
• Operational Leadership
• Ensure consistent execution of infleet, defleet, servicing, repairs, and delivery processes.
• Maintain high member satisfaction by delivering vehicles on time and in top condition.
• Workforce & Vendor Management
• Staff to meet market demand within budget parameters.
• Build and manage vendor relationships to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.
• Process & Innovation
• Lead pilots and new initiatives from concept to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline site operations and enhance efficiency.
• Performance Coaching
• Provide regular, actionable feedback to managers and frontline teams to strengthen results.
