Job Description:

• The Fleet Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely updates to various fleet management systems and spreadsheets.
• This role involves managing vehicle data, processing purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
• The coordinator will play a key role in supporting the fleet operations by ensuring data integrity and facilitating smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

EAM System Updates:

• Update fields including Chassis/Unit Cost, Chassis/Unit Invoice Amount, Body Cost, Body Tax, Body Labor, Body Received by Previous Vendor, Body Invoice, Body Invoice Amount, Total Purchase Price, and Total Capitalized Cost.
• Manage Unit Assignment Change Requests
• Update status in EAM, such as Arrive at Op Center, Pre In-service, and In Service.

Maximo System Management:

• Receive vehicles in Maximo.
• Revise and monitor purchase orders for closed project numbers and/or closure dates.

Invoice Processing and Reconciliation:

• Process invoices from suppliers in Oracle.
• Reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in fleet management or related field.
• Proficiency in EAM, Maximo, and Oracle systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
