Job Description

Our client, a leading electricity and natural gas provider, is actively hiring a Fleet Administrator to join their team in Houston, TX. This role will be fully on-site.

*This is a 2-month W2 contract*

In this role, you will be responsible for determining the most cost-effective vehicle assignments and managing vehicle repair decisions. The team is looking for someone who will interact closely with field leadership to ensure the registrations of all vehicles are up to date and ensure a positive experience for their drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to questions and requests from the field through their ticket queue, email, or phone
  • See ways to reduce the administrative load of the Fleet Team
  • Audit current processes and recommend improvements
  • Communicate with suppliers regularly and support the Fleet Manager in holding suppliers accountable

Skills:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Prior fleet management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
