Marketing Events Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Events Manager to coordinate and execute events that make a lasting impression—and generate results. From concept to post-event analysis, you’ll manage the logistics, communications, and on-the-ground execution for both in-person and virtual events across all three business divisions.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers to ensure every event is part of a broader demand generation strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Event Planning & Logistics

  • Coordinate and execute webinars, trade shows, signature events, executive dinners, training events, partner summits, and field demonstrations
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics : venue booking, travel coordination, vendor management, onsite setup, registration, attendee follow-up
  • Develop event timelines and project plans , ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget
  • Travel up to 30% domestically to support onsite event execution, particularly for trade shows, field events, and regional activations
  • Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, signage, booth assets, and presentation materials are polished and on point

Creative Event Strategy & Demand Generation Support

  • Bring creativity and energy to the design of event experiences that are memorable and conversion-focused
  • Partner with Marketing Campaign Managers to align events with demand generation campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up workflows
  • Contribute to the development of event promotion copy for email invites, landing pages, and social content
  • Ensure events are tailored to target audiences across our LMC, National, and Distribution divisions , each with unique customer profiles

Event Promotion, Follow-Up & Analytics

  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to drive event attendance through email, social, and partner promotion
  • Manage registration tracking, pre- and post-event communications , and follow-up efforts in coordination with sales and customer success
  • Analyze event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead quality, and post-event conversion
  • Support quarterly reporting on event ROI and pipeline influence

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–5+ years of event coordination or event marketing experience , preferably in B2B environments
  • Experience managing both in-person and virtual events (Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms)
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% domestically
  • Strong project management and organizational skills—able to juggle multiple events across divisions and timelines
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, audience-specific event experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when collaborating across departments
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, green tech, or B2B field service industries is preferred but not required
  • A self-starter who’s resourceful, collaborative, and thrives under pressure
