About the Role
As a Remote Life Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in helping clients secure their future. Leveraging cutting-edge tools and comprehensive training, you'll connect with clients virtually, identify their needs, and recommend life insurance and financial solutions that fit their goals. Key Responsibilities
Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs, budget, and goals.
Guide clients through health and medical questions to complete qualification forms.
Utilize advanced software to compare and recommend the best insurance solutions across multiple carriers.
Conduct warm, personable client consultations (primarily via Zoom) to explain options and build trust.
Present tailored insurance solutions and assist clients in completing online applications.
Accurately track new business in internal systems to trigger compensation and performance bonuses.
Monitor weekly calls, appointments, and applications to meet personal sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and solutions.
Ensure all applications are approved and complete follow-ups as necessary.
Conduct annual check-ins with clients to ensure their policies continue to meet their needs.
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license if not already licensed (we can guide you through the process).
At least one year of experience in customer service or a similar communication-focused role.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and computer skills.
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and resilient, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
Familiarity with Zoom and remote collaboration tools like Slack or GroupMe.
Knowledge of the insurance or financial solutions industry is a plus but not required.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
