Job Title: Drupal Developer/Admin

Location: Austin,TX (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Experience in web administration and web design with significant exposure to managing large-scale websites.
• Proven experience with Drupal content management system (CMS), including content creation, taxonomy management, and navigation setup.
• Strong portfolio of complex web design projects that demonstrate a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Demonstrated experience in the ongoing operation, management, and maintenance of website content.
• In-depth understanding of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first strategies for optimal viewing across devices.
• Ability to effectively translate complex technical language into clear, concise communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across various teams and explain technical issues in an accessible manner.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

• Administer and maintain a large-scale website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with brand standards.
• Design and implement user-centered web pages using Drupal CMS, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and project stakeholders to plan and publish content.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and SEO best practices in all website updates.
• Monitor website performance and implement optimizations to enhance speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Utilize responsive design techniques to ensure seamless functionality across desktop and mobile devices.
• Translate technical requirements and solutions into easily understandable language for internal stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to support digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
