Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the .NET framework (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
