Director of Operations & Supply Chain

Location: New Port Richey, FL (In-Office)

We’re a lean, fast-moving team where everyone wears multiple hats, and we need someone who thrives in that kind of environment. What You’ll Do:

· Own day-to-day execution of operations across supply chain, production, logistics, inventory and R&D.

· Manage production schedules, inbound/outbound orders, warehouse flow, and real-time priorities.

· Contribute to procurement, sourcing, and inventory management alongside the broader team.

· Use ERP and related systems to plan, manage, and troubleshoot core operations.

· Execute and track capex projects, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Maintain a strong sense of ownership across all operations functions.

· Report directly to the co-founders and keep them closely looped in on key decisions.

Requirements :

· 5+ years in CPG operations or supply chain (beverage or alcohol is a big plus).

· Deep experience with ERP systems, inventory workflows, and fulfillment logistics.

· Strong working knowledge of tools like Excel and operational dashboards.

· Comfortable in a warehouse/manufacturing environment (must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs).

· Excellent communicator with good judgment and a bias for action.

Extra Credit:

· Familiarity with Mar-Kov (or comparable ERP/MRP) and Airtable

· Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing training

· Advanced Excel skills

· Forklift certification

· Spanish fluency
