At PG Golf LLC, we know our greatest asset is our people. We are seeking a professional and experienced Digital Marketing Associate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Partner with the Sales Team to craft Business to Business (B2B) marketing campaigns via email, and digital channels, grow revenue through these platforms, and educate our partners about the product portfolio.
  2. Work with the marketing and operations team to drive the positioning, storytelling, and sales growth of refinished golf balls along with PG Golf’s full product catalog for direct-to-consumer (LostGolfBalls.com), inside, and wholesale channels.
  3. Maintain PG Golf’s entire product portfolio: product information for successful launch on all channels. This includes partnering with each sales department to provide the necessary creative assets, reports, and presentations to elevate the golf balls product positioning and showcase the #1 Pre-Owned Golf Ball business in all sales channels. Conduct audits of partner retail websites to support competitive strategies.
  4. Partner with the Direct to Consumer (D2C), Marketing, and Operations Teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that grow the Lostgolfballs.com and marketplace revenue across the entire golf ball portfolio while prioritizing product launch cycles, seasonality, and retail promotion activity.
  5. Develop engaging storytelling campaigns to differentiate between refinished and pre-owned recycled golf balls.
  6. Use digital media to advertise our brand and product portfolio on social media channels: Meta, TikTok, X, and other similar channels.
  7. Occasionally perform other Marketing duties to support the team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS or BA degree in Marketing or Visual Merchandising.
  • 2 or more years of proven experience in digital merchandising, promotion, and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in branding, marketing, content strategy, and eCommerce optimization, preferably within sporting goods, golf, or direct-to-consumer sales.
  • HubSpot or similar email marketing platform experience.
  • Magento or similar e-commerce platform experience.
  • Experience managing web-based content using site content management systems.
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools to evaluate and report on KPIs.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
