Job Description

Gorilla Glue is looking for an eCommerce Retail Media Manager to lead our digital retail strategy and activation for the iconic Gorilla and O’Keeffe’s brands in the US. In this highly impactful role, you'll be the architect of our digital presence on key retailer platforms, driving growth and optimizing our media spend. You'll own critical relationships with both Retailer.com advertising teams (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) and our Retail Agency , ensuring our brands stand out in the crowded digital shelf.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Omni-Channel leader who thrives on developing and executing sophisticated Search and DSP Strategies. You'll collaborate closely with Brand and Sales stakeholders, providing invaluable insights and facilitating all digital optimization and reporting.

What You'll Do: A Day in the Life

As our eCommerce Retail Media Manager, no two days are exactly alike, but here's a glimpse into what you can expect:

  • Strategize & Execute: You'll kick off your day by collaborating with our Advertising Agency to fine-tune our Omni-Channel strategy for all retailers. This involves deep dives into campaign budgets, bid management, and evolving keyword and targeting strategies based on performance data and brand goals. You'll then co-develop and deliver compelling plans to retailer buyers and agents at Amazon, Walmart.com, Lowes.com, and more.
  • Cultivate Key Relationships: A significant portion of your time will be spent owning and directing our relationships with the advertising teams at Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect . You'll advise and refine strategies with our Gorilla Co. sales leads, ensuring our campaigns are aligned and optimized for success.
  • Uncover Insights: You'll be a vital resource for our Brand and Digital Teams, helping them understand the nuances of Mixed Media Modeling (MMM) . You'll also bridge the gap between our data science team and Amazon Advertising to leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) , developing consumer personas and refining our ad targeting for maximum impact.
  • Optimize & Innovate: You'll consistently ensure our digital eCommerce campaigns and content are perfectly aligned with overall brand strategies and content guidelines. You'll be on the cutting edge, making sure campaigns adhere to best practices, participating in alpha/beta testing of new retailer capabilities, and constantly evolving our approach to meet client needs.
  • Automate & Report: You'll leverage the latest technology to build strategic automation into our campaign management and reporting processes. Working closely with our reporting teams, you'll develop and update performance reports that deliver actionable insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate & Present: Expect to attend regularly scheduled performance and status meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually), along with preparing ad-hoc presentations and requests. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our brand, sales, and marketing teams to solve challenges, innovate, and develop thought leadership in the commerce and retail media space. This includes managing end-to-end campaign planning (including RFPs), execution, and reporting for both Search and DSP.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of digital performance marketing experience in digital eCommerce, retail programmatic, or a related field.
  • 3+ years managing large-scale, complex eCommerce campaigns , with hands-on experience in eCommerce advertising, including digital/display programs with Retail Media Networks.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns, including budget management, tagging, defining KPI goals, meeting KPIs, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Strong preference for Amazon Ads & Walmart Connect experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets) and a highly analytical mindset , with a proven ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis.
