About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as On-Call Day Laborers. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for those looking to earn extra income on an as-needed basis. As an on-call laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks depending on the day’s needs, including but not limited to general labor, moving furniture, cleaning, landscaping, or light construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and other duties as assigned for specific projects.
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members to complete tasks.
• Be available on short notice for on-call assignments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required. experience driving box trucks with lift gates a plus.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to varying tasks.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior experience in general labor, construction, or similar fields is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

• This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours. Work will be assigned based on availability and project needs.
• Shifts may vary in length and timing, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay starting at $20.00, with potential for overtime depending on the project.
