What People Are Saying:

  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies across all trades
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and immediately correct unsafe conditions or behaviors
  • Lead weekly toolbox talks and present safety updates during progress meetings
  • Plan and supervise subcontractor and craft activities, including manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing
  • Coordinate work across multiple trades, company departments, and external contractors
  • Review and maintain safety documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Identify and help resolve field issues including productivity challenges, trade conflicts, and site conditions
  • Monitor compliance with safety and quality control requirements and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Assist Project Management with project scheduling, site logistics, and execution planning
  • Track schedule progress daily, weekly, and monthly, including look-ahead schedules
  • Fully on-site, field-driven role with direct reporting to the Project Manager

What is Sought:

  • Extensive experience in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role
  • Strong background managing construction safety programs on active job sites
  • OSHA 30 certification and ongoing safety training experience
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and industry standards
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage subcontractor performance
