Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating teams and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review blueprints and project specifications to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage project schedules using construction management software to track progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices and project scheduling techniques.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret schematics effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid or Prolog is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
