Position Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-savvy Associate Client Analyst to join our Cross-Media Measurement team. This is a hands-on role focused on translating complex data into actionable insights for leading advertisers and media agencies. You’ll be responsible for generating regular campaign reports, interpreting cross-channel data, and supporting client-facing teams with clear, compelling analytics and insights.

This position is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in media measurement, analytics, or marketing science, who is passionate about helping clients understand what’s working across platforms and offers the chance to work at the forefront of cross-media measurement in partnership with leading US marketers and platforms (e.g. P&G and Unilever).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and deliver recurring and ad hoc cross-media measurement reports for clients
  • Analyze campaign data across TV, digital, and streaming to identify patterns and insights
  • Translate measurement outputs into client-ready presentations with clear narratives and strategic takeaways
  • Partner with Account Manager to support client meetings and ensure insights align with client goals
  • Perform QA on data outputs and ensure consistency across platforms and reporting cycles
  • Collaborate with internal product and data science teams to continuously refine deliverables
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards in media measurement and audience analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Statistics, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3–4 years of prior work experience in media analytics, marketing science, or audience measurement—agency, advertiser, or media platform experience required
  • Strong understanding of key media metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, frequency, GRPs, deduplicated audiences, brand lift)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus
  • Experience building client-facing reports and developing insights from campaign or audience data
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong sense of data accuracy and consistency
  • Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize complex data into simple, impactful client narratives
  • Strong client service orientation and sense of responsibility

Salary and Total Rewards Package

Starting pay range: $70,000 to $85,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401k with company match, flexible scheduling, generous paid time off program, casual dress code, incentives, and rewards.
