🔹 Position: Claims Adjuster Analyst (Contract)

📍 Location: Milwaukee, WI

📅 Duration: 3 Months

💵 Pay Range: $40.00–$44.00/hr (W2)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Analyst to support risk and claims management functions, specifically related to property damage and personal injury claims . This position will collaborate closely with insurance partners, legal teams, and internal departments, and reports to the Utility Claims Supervisor .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and investigate tort claims (property damage, bodily injury, business loss)
• Analyze and adjust claims independently or in consultation with Sr. Claims Adjuster
• Work with insurance carriers, legal teams, and industry experts to manage risk
• Support litigation and special project work related to claims and insurance
• Gather and report claims data , providing insight and recommendations on risk strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in verbal and written communication in customer service or legal environments ( legal experience preferred )
• 2+ years of independent problem-solving and resolution in a corporate setting
• 3+ years in claims adjusting, claims management , or customer/field complaint resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Insurance, or Law (preferred)
• Experience with insurance claims systems , litigation processes, and utility industry standards
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail , and risk evaluation skills
