Chief Operation Officer (COO) – Restaurant Group

$170,000 - $200,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:

• Oversee and optimize multi-unit, multi-state operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Drive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced, full-service hospitality environment
• Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to support operational excellence and business expansion
• Lead and mentor regional and district management teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and brand standards
• Analyze financial performance metrics, including P&L statements, cost controls, and revenue streams, to optimize profitability
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in finance, marketing, HR, and IT to align business objectives
• Oversee new location openings, expansions, and renovations to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency
• Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of overseeing operations for 100+ Multi-Unit, Multi-State, Full-Service Restaurants
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
• Proven experience overseeing multi-unit, multi-state operations in the full-service hospitality industry
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and operations to align objectives
• Position based in Queens, NY - must reside in or be willing to relocate to the area
