Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carrier Sales position at Olympia Transportation Services in Omaha, NE. The Carrier Sales professional will be responsible for building a strong carrier base, cultivating existing carrier relationships, negotiating rates, communicating with carriers and clients, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring efficient freight brokerage operations, providing exceptional service to carriers and customers while knowing excellence is achieved on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications, preferred transportation or equivalent

• Freight Brokerage and Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Account Management
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
• Oversee the total carrier/customer experience including carrier selection, dispatch, track and trace thought the entire load process
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
