Cage Cashier Location Islandia, NY :

The pay is $17.15 hourly

:

The cage cashier accurately handles all monetary transactions including but not limited to cash, lottery, and vouchers etc. Responsibilities also include following policies and producers and provide a friendly and courteous guest service experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls and procedures are being followed.

• Validation and payment of guest vouchers.

• Process tax paperwork for jackpots.

• Make change for guests.

• Maintain a safe work and guest environment.

• Treats each person, guest, or associate as an individual and in a professional manner.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to stand for the duration of shift.

• Must role model company guest service program

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license

• Must have previous experience working with and managing large amounts of money.

• Weekends, Holidays, and swing shifts will be required.

Other:

• Intermediate computer skills, including e-mail, word, excel spreadsheets, data input and record keeping.

• Basic Math skills, addition, and subtraction.

• Able to lift 30 pounds frequently.
