Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (non-IT) for an exciting contract to hire scenario.



DUTIES:

• Creating process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Prepares documentation of current and desired state.
• Work with various teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure process improvements are aligned with business goals.
• Role demands ability to assess process performance, identify and articulate gaps, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with swimlane process flows and SOP creation and editing.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of hands on Business Analyst experience
• Experience with Scribe is a plus.
• Hands on experience with Visio, SOP creation and maintenance in Scribe or Microsoft Word, ability to work independently with guidance/objectives
• Must have curiosity, follow-through, critical thinking skills
• Experience in Revenue Cycle in healthcare
