About the Role

We’re looking for a Benefits & Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. You’ll manage the onboarding process for new hires, assist with employee benefits, and provide support for various HR tasks. You’ll be a key player in ensuring a positive experience for employees from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience
• Manage background checks, I9 verification, and employee records in Paylocity
• Administer benefits programs (health, dental, vision, etc.) and assist with open enrollment
• Answer employee questions regarding benefits and eligibility
• Support payroll and other HR functions as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HR and benefits administration experience
• Experience with HR systems (Paylocity is a plus)
• Organized, flexible, and a self-starter
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
