What You’ll Do:

Create individualized treatment plans using the ABA model
Conduct assessments and set measurable, meaningful goals
Supervise and mentor RBTs, interns, and team members
Provide parent training and family support with compassion
Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
Ensure clients are thriving in the least restrictive environment
Collaborate with leadership to maintain high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

Current BCBA & LBA (TX)
Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field
2+ years of ABA experience (early intervention preferred)
Current CPR/AED or BLS certification (AHA approved, in-person)
A genuine passion for helping children and families succeed
