Estate Planning Attorney – Chicago, IL

A well-established North Shore law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its Chicago office. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to grow within a collaborative, client-focused team with a clear path to partnership.

What You’ll Do

• Advise individuals, families, and businesses on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
• Draft and review complex estate planning documents
• Collaborate with partners on high-value client matters
• Support trust and estate administration

What They’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of estate planning experience
• Strong drafting, communication, and client service skills
• Interest in long-term growth and partnership

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $140,000–$170,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
