Summary

Family Tree Ministry is seeking a caring and motivated Assistant Toddler Teacher to support our Lead Toddler Teacher in providing a loving, faith-based environment for children aged 1-2 years. This position is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood development and eager to make a difference in young lives.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing daily activities that align with our biblically-based curriculum.
• Support toddlers in achieving developmental milestones through nurturing care and engaging activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all activities, including diapering and meal times.
• Help create a welcoming, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with the lead teacher and parents to support each child’s growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (childcare experience preferred).
• A love for working with toddlers and a heart for faith-based education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
