Administrative Client Care Representative

First to mention that this is not call center position. This is an international company located minutes from the Easton area. They are offering a full package of benefits that include annual bonuses. They have 3000+ employees scattered through out the country. At this location there are 200+ employees. Beautiful office environment. They need a candidate who has prior office experience, customer service and computer skills. You will be thoroughly trained to work with existing corporate business customers assisting in managing their requests for products. These orders can be complex so a good attention to details is important. Use your Word and Excel skills to create documents such as purchase orders, contracts and other documents related to a customer request. Enter orders into SAP. Prepare new production orders keeping the team updated on progress. Confirm that products were delivered to customers on time. They need a person who has prior administrative experience dealing with the public. Someone who has a professional, friendly demeanor and a "happy to help" attitude. Just a year or two experience will do. Experience with a manufacturing company is a plus. Excel skills are needed. Working knowledge of SAP is helpful. College education a plus.
