Our client, a professional services company in Natick, MA, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, enduring needs are met, and providing exceptional service and support. Further responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and policy changes; building and maintaining strong client relationships; preparing and presenting proposals to clients; staying informed about industry trends, and more. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry, proven experience managing client relationships and achieving sales targets, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
