Key Responsibilities
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial leases and related real estate agreements
• Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, work letters, and SNDAs
• Advise on development issues involving power, water, and fiber-optic infrastructure
• Work on zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes for large-scale projects
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on high-value real estate matters

Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and development
• Am Law 100 firm experience required
• Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and drafting skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location
